Public register
Certification scope, requirements, evidence, assessment, decision rules, validity and mark use for the flagship certification.
Rules applicable to application, assessment, certification, maintenance, use of certification status, changes, suspension and withdrawal.
Permitted use of WWEC certification marks, certification status statements and related recognition identifiers.
The policy basis for applicable WWEC certification activities, including the flagship certification and its approved assessment packages.

The eight dimensions and the controlled criteria, including normative language, applicability and evidence treatment.
Evidence-led assessment activities conducted under defined impartiality controls.
How sampling is applied proportionately to scope, risk and materiality across dimensions.

How controlled documents are approved, versioned, dated, reviewed and revised.
Only the current approved version of a controlled document shall be used for applicable certification activities. Where a website summary differs from the current approved controlled certification document, the current approved controlled document shall govern. Version and effective-date fields are published only once the council has approved them. The next scheduled review is a governance review date, not an expiry date. Controlled documents are reviewed at least annually, and earlier where triggered by a material methodology change, legal or regulatory requirement, accreditation requirement, significant complaint or appeal finding, material system change, identified contradiction or Council direction. Reaching the scheduled review date does not automatically invalidate a document.
Document control keeps applicants, assessors and decision-makers working from the same approved requirements.
