How WWEC recognition works.
WWEC recognition may arise through different governed routes. Certification, rankings and awards are distinct programmes and should not be interpreted as equivalent.
Certification Recognition
Public recognition of organisations holding a current WWEC Women-Centred Workplace™ Certification within an approved scope.
Workplace Profiles & Journeys
Evidence-led public profiles and stories relating to certified organisations, subject to publication and verification requirements.
Rankings & Awards
Separately governed recognition programmes operated under their own eligibility, methodology and publication rules.
The WWEC Women-Centred Workplace mark
One mark. A defined scope and validity period.
Certified organisations receive the WWEC Women-Centred Workplace mark with the applicable certification year. The mark may be used only within the approved scope and validity period, and every mark is backed by a public verification record.
Public register
The directory opens as certificates are issued.
Each listing will display the certified legal entity, certificate number, certification scope, status, issue date and valid-until date.
