How WWEC Pricing Works

WWEC does not publish a single list price, because the assessment effort depends on the scope you certify. Every organisation receives a written proposal before any commitment is made.

What sets the fee

Workforce size, number of locations or business units in scope, the package selected (Essential, Advanced or Excellence), the employee experience survey population and the volume of evidence to be reviewed.

What the fee covers

The assessment work itself — evidence review, the employee experience survey, scoring, the independent council decision and the reporting included in your package. It never covers the certification outcome.

How you receive a figure

Request a certification plan with your intended scope. WWEC confirms eligibility and the applicable package, then issues a written proposal with the fee, inclusions, timeline and payment terms.

Recurring costs

Certification is valid for one year. Renewal requires reassessment, which is quoted separately at the point of renewal against the scope in force at that time.
