Submit a Certification Complaint

A complaint raises a concern about WWEC, a WWEC assessor, or a certified organisation's conformity with the requirements of its certification. Every complaint is logged, acknowledged and investigated.

Declaration

You will receive an email acknowledgement with a reference.

A complaint concerns WWEC activities, assessment, assessors, certification administration or related scheme matters. An organisation's internal employee grievance should normally be raised through the organisation's designated grievance mechanism, unless the concern relates to WWEC certification activity. Complaints are handled confidentially. Where a complaint concerns a certified organisation, WWEC may need to share the substance of the complaint with that organisation to investigate it.
