Where employee experience is included within the applicable assessment scope, the organisation shall support access to the defined employee population or approved sample.
Employees shall be free to participate without coercion, pressure, retaliation or interference.
Individual employee responses shall not be disclosed to the organisation except where explicitly permitted by the applicable methodology and consent requirements.
WWEC applies appropriate reporting and suppression controls to protect employee confidentiality.
WWEC may investigate unusual, inconsistent or potentially compromised response patterns.
Evidence of coaching, coercion, manipulation, retaliation or interference with employee participation may be considered within the assessment and certification process.
