The Index asks the questions employees answer every day — about safety, fairness, progression, balance, belonging and voice.

Index & Insights is the user-facing measurement, employee-experience, results and research area of the WWEC Workplace Excellence System™. The WWEC Workplace Excellence Index™ is the measurement entry point to that system: it provides a structured assessment of an organisation's workplace excellence position across the eight WWEC Workplace Excellence Dimensions, helping organisations understand their current position, identify strengths and improvement priorities, and establish a foundation for further assessment and improvement. The Index is part of the WWEC Workplace Excellence System™. The Index is not the WWEC Women-Centred Workplace™ Certification. Index participation or an Index score does not guarantee, constitute or imply certification.
The WWEC Workplace Excellence Index™ is a self-assessment and awareness tool. It is not a certification, accreditation, audit, independent conformity assessment or legal opinion. Completing the Index or receiving a high score does not mean that an organisation is WWEC Certified.
