Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how WWEC collects, uses, protects, stores and discloses personal information through its website and related services. Information may be collected through enquiries, applications, events, surveys, Index participation and certification activities. Information is used only for stated operational, contractual, assessment, communication, security and legal purposes. Employee survey information is handled through a dedicated survey privacy notice and individual responses are not published. Applicable rights, retention and contact procedures are described in the relevant privacy notices.

WWEC may use strictly necessary cookies and, where enabled, preference, analytics and marketing technologies. Non-essential technologies are controlled through the applicable consent mechanism. Users can manage available cookie choices through the website.

Terms of Use
This website provides information about WWEC and its services. Use of the website does not create a certification relationship. Certification is granted only under the applicable WWEC certification scheme. WWEC names, logos, certification marks, framework names and original content are protected and may not be used without permission except where expressly permitted.

WWEC Certification Mark Rules
The WWEC Certification Mark identifies an organisation with an active WWEC certification for a defined scope. The mark must be used exactly as approved, without alteration or misleading implication. It may not be used after expiry, suspension or withdrawal except where expressly permitted for archival reference.

Appeals Policy
Eligible certification decisions may be appealed within 15 calendar days. Appeals are handled through an impartial review process and result in a documented decision.

Complaints Policy
Complaints about WWEC services, assessment activities, personnel or certification administration may be submitted through the official complaints process. Complaints are acknowledged, assessed, investigated and closed with a documented outcome.

Renewal Policy
Certification is time-limited. Organisations seeking continued certification must complete the applicable renewal requirements before expiry. Renewal is subject to the current scheme, scope, assessment findings and certification decision.

Suspension Policy
Certification may be suspended where specified scheme conditions are met. The public record is updated and mark-use restrictions apply.

Withdrawal Policy
Certification may be withdrawn where specified scheme conditions are met. Public status is updated and certification-mark use must cease.

WWEC is a private workplace excellence assessment and certification scheme. WWEC certification does not represent Government of India, United Nations, ISO or GDPR certification or accreditation unless separate official status has been formally obtained and published. Certification confirms conformity with the applicable WWEC certification requirements within a defined scope and validity period; it is not a guarantee of statutory compliance, of universal employee satisfaction, or that no workplace incident will occur. Website content is provided for information only and does not create a certification relationship.

Data Retention Policy
WWEC retains information for periods defined by the purpose, certification lifecycle, contractual requirements, legal obligations and approved records schedule. Data is securely disposed of when retention is no longer required.
