Trademark & brand usage
The marks, written correctly.
Every WWEC name is written in full, with the WWEC prefix and the ™ symbol. This page lists the canonical marks, the rules for using them, and a downloadable report showing where each mark appears across this site.
Canonical marks
Twenty-two protected word marks.
These are the only approved forms. Short forms that drop the WWEC prefix or part of the name must not be used.

Usage rules
How the marks may be written and shown.
These rules apply to certified organisations, partners, assessors, media and WWEC itself.
Use the full mark
Always write the complete mark, including the WWEC prefix and the ™ symbol — for example WWEC Workplace Excellence Truth Map™, never Truth Map™.
Do not alter or abbreviate
Marks are not translated, hyphenated differently, pluralised, re-ordered or turned into acronyms. Each mark keeps its exact wording.
Use marks as adjectives
A mark describes a scheme, result or recognition. Write "a WWEC Women-Centred Workplace certified organisation", not the mark used as a company name.
Never imply certification you do not hold
Certification marks may be used only for the certified entity, within the certified scope, and only while the certification is active and in good standing.
Do not modify the visual mark
The logo and seals are supplied as approved artwork. Do not recolour, stretch, rotate, add effects, crop the strip or place the mark on backgrounds that reduce contrast.
Attribute in published material
Include the trademark notice in the legal line of any brochure, report, website or press material that displays a WWEC mark.
Usage report
Where every mark appears.
The trademark usage report lists each canonical mark, how often it appears and the exact pages and lines where it is used, so brand, legal and content teams can review usage in one place.
