Certification portfolio

Recognise. Validate. Elevate.

WWEC operates a single women-centred flagship certification rather than a generic workplace badge. The name intentionally describes the women-centred workplace condition being assessed.

Final public name

One flagship certification.

WWEC operates one flagship certification: the WWEC Women-Centred Workplace™ Certification. The Essential, Advanced and Excellence packages define the depth of assessment, insight and improvement support provided. They are not separate standards, separate certifications or separate certification categories. A certification confirms that the organisation met the applicable controlled requirements for the defined scope at the time of certification. These are not rankings, popularity awards or generic employer-of-choice labels.

The single WWEC flagship certification. It recognises workplaces that create meaningful, evidenced conditions for women's growth, opportunity, wellbeing and belonging across the full WWEC Workplace Excellence Architecture™ and its eight dimensions.
