Evidence expectations
Certification requires objective evidence appropriate to the applicable criteria and approved certification scope. WWEC examines whether workplace commitments and practices can be substantiated through appropriate evidence rather than relying on stated intent alone. The detailed requirements for evidence quality, sufficiency, coverage and implementation are defined under the applicable WWEC Standard & Criteria.
Certification decision
How the authorised, independent certification decision is reached and recorded, separate from assessment activity.
Renewal
Continuing conformity, the validity period and what an organisation does before certification expires.
