Recognition — Workplace Profiles & Stories

Who the organisation is, and what it actually did.

A workplace profile presents the verified certification scope, status and validity of a certified organisation. A workplace story explains what changed, what employees experienced and what the evidence showed. Both live here.

Team of professionals in a certified workplace

Purpose

Trust through transparency.

A profile lets employees, candidates, clients and partners see what a certified organisation has achieved and the scope within which the certification applies.

Verified scope

Each profile states the exact business units, locations and certification scope covered by the certificate.

Disclosed achievements

Organisations may choose to publish strengths, improvement themes and recognition highlights within the rules of the mark-use policy.

Status & validity

Active, suspended, withdrawn and expired statuses are displayed so viewers can verify current standing.

Workplace story

Evidence first, narrative second.

Every workplace story starts with the data: an Index baseline, a certification assessment, or a verified improvement record. The narrative explains what the organisation did, what changed and what it learned.

Baseline

Where the organisation started — the gaps, risks or opportunities that prompted action.

Action

What changed: policies, governance, training, listening systems, leadership behaviour or culture work.

Evidence

How the organisation measured progress and demonstrated that the change was real.

What a published story contains

The same structure, every time.

Stories are published only after an organisation completes a WWEC cycle and gives written permission, so readers can compare them fairly.

Starting position

The organisation's baseline across the eight framework dimensions, taken from its first WWEC Workplace Excellence Index™ cycle.

What changed in practice

The specific policy, process and leadership changes made between cycles — described as actions, not intentions.

Employee experience

What aggregate listening data showed about how the change was experienced by the people it was meant to serve.

Leadership actions

The decisions, sponsorship and accountability leaders personally owned during the improvement period.

Evidence reviewed

The documentation, aggregate experience data and operational records assessors examined to confirm each change.

Outcomes & where work continues

Measured results, plus the dimensions still below target and the commitments carried into the next cycle.
