Using your result
Turn a score into a next step.
The most useful Index results are the ones that lead to a conversation, not just a number filed away.
- Share the dimension scores with HR and leadership as a starting point for discussion.
- Use the priority improvement dimension to shape a focused first action.
- Revisit the Index periodically to track directional change over time.
- Use the result to prepare for a corporate briefing or certification readiness conversation.
Important distinction
The Index is not certification.
The WWEC Workplace Excellence Index™ is a self-assessment tool. It does not constitute WWEC certification, audit, accreditation or legal-compliance assessment.
Index participation is not certification. Taking part in the Index, or publishing an Index result, is separate from the WWEC Women-Centred Workplace™ Certification, which follows its own application, evidence and decision process.
The result is informative and directional. It does not automatically qualify an organisation for certification. Formal certification, where applicable, follows the requirements of the relevant WWEC certification scheme.

In practice
From an honest hour to a clear direction.
The Index is designed to be completed candidly — the value is in the direction it points, not the number it produces.
