The Womenians Workplace Excellence Council™ (WWEC) is an initiative by Womenians Empowerment Foundation. We are building an institution focused on women-centred workplace excellence — with a vision to contribute towards workplaces where women can enter, contribute, progress, lead and thrive.
We believe credible institutions become stronger when experienced leaders contribute their knowledge, challenge assumptions and help shape their direction.
We are inviting you not simply to join a community, but to help shape it.

Community and governance
A community, not a governance role.
The WWEC Women Leaders Network™ is a community. Community membership does not confer WWEC Council membership, governance authority, assessor authority or certification-decision authority.
Any formal WWEC Council appointment is a separate governance process, subject to the applicable governance, conflict and appointment rules. It is not a reward for community participation.
Community membership, event participation, sponsorship, partnership or membership fees have no influence on WWEC certification assessment, scoring or certification decisions.
