Solutions — Improvement & Advisory

Support to close the gaps the evidence reveals.

Advisory work helps organisations interpret Index or assessment findings, prioritise what matters and build durable workplace systems. It is a separate service from certification — and it never influences a certification outcome.

Read this first

Certification is independent. It cannot be bought.

Advisory support can help an organisation improve. It cannot help an organisation pass. These are two separate functions with separate people, separate records and separate decision rights.

01

Separate people

Anyone involved in advisory work with an organisation is excluded from assessing or deciding on that organisation's certification.
02

Separate decision

Certification decisions are made by a decision body that reviews assessment evidence only. Advisory engagement, spend or package tier is not visible to it.
03

No guaranteed outcome

No advisory engagement includes, implies or accelerates a certification result. Any claim to the contrary is not a WWEC offering.
04

Declared and recorded

Advisory relationships are declared, recorded and factored into conflict-of-interest screening before any assessment is assigned.

Advisory support does not guarantee certification. Where improvement or advisory services are provided in relation to an organisation that may subsequently seek WWEC certification, applicable impartiality and conflict-of-interest controls are maintained. Certification decisions remain subject to the applicable certification scheme and independent certification decision process. Improvement and advisory services are separate from certification. Purchasing advisory support, a package or a partnership does not confer certification, ranking placement or recognition of any kind, and does not influence certification eligibility, assessment findings, scoring or certification decisions. Recognition is earned through assessed evidence only.

Workplace leaders reviewing an improvement plan together

What advisory covers

From findings to a plan people can actually run.

Advisory work starts with what the evidence already shows: dimension-level gaps, listening data and documentation weaknesses. From there it builds sequenced, owned and time-bound actions.

  • Interpreting Index or assessment findings with the leadership team.
  • Prioritising gaps by risk, effort and impact across the eight dimensions.
  • Designing policy, governance and listening systems that hold up to evidence review.
  • Building an improvement plan with owners, milestones and measures.
  • Preparing for a future assessment cycle by strengthening real practice, not paperwork.

Tell us where you are — baseline completed, assessment findings received, or preparing for a first cycle — and we will outline the right support.
