Submit Certification Evidence

Use this controlled channel to submit evidence against the requirements of your WWEC certification. Evidence is received by the assessment team only and is handled under confidentiality controls.

This is a controlled, confidential channel. Submissions are stored in a private, access-controlled record and are visible only to the responsible WWEC function.

You will receive an email acknowledgement with a reference.

This is a controlled evidence channel, not a public enquiry form. Do not submit personal data about individual employees unless the requirement expressly asks for it. Accepted formats are PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PNG and JPG, up to 8 MB per file. Files are stored in a private, access-controlled store; a superseded document can be replaced by resubmitting it against the same requirement reference, and every submission is acknowledged by email with a reference. Uploads are checked for format and size on submission and are retained for the certification cycle and the archive period set out in the WWEC privacy policy.
